I've really slacked on my art lately. Bah.

My husband has been back from Iraq since Oct so I haven't really spent a lot of time being creative. We've spent most of our time getting reacquainted. It seems odd that there would be any kind of transition time at all, but there are days that we still need our own space - and days where we talk about what's bothering us when before: nothing really got in our way.

Been really busy planning our trip to Holland and Germany. We're staying a weekend in Holland to visit a good friend then we're off to Germany for 7 days to stay at a resort for our late anniversary (which is March 7 but we aren't going until March 28)

I have tons of pictures from New Years that I still haven't uploaded, but plan to do so in small incriments over the next few weeks so keep an eye out for that.

I've still got one canvas in my livingroom that I plan to paint something on ... I just haven't sketched anything out that I'd like to commit to canvas yet. I have a few ideas, though!
